We are Hiring for Costing Manager
Job Description:
- Preparing Cash Flow (Inflow & Outflow) to analyse the fund requirement and the financing cost associated.
- EPC cost Estimation of Heavy Civil Infra (Highways, Bridges, Airports, Metro elevated & underground TBM Tunnel)
- Reviewing Contractual Clauses and assessing risk at bidding stage and options of mitigating the same
- Rich knowledge in Rate Analysis, Direct-Costs, Indirect-Costs, Cash flow andCostflowPre- Contracts/ Post- contracts for underground &elevated metrorail, roads
- Manage complete Construction Project Management activities including preparation of resourcallocation & scheduling, budget preparation
- Formulating business plans/ budgets/ estimates for new projects.
