Job Description

As a Team Lead Senior Software Engineer, you will make enhancements to existing software with minimal direction, participate in code reviews and identify, moderate issues or deviations from best practices, collaborate on component level technical designs. Additionally, you will own and assist others in debugging and documenting root cause analysis and resolution, identify process improvements at the team level to support the operations and development ecosystem. You are also expected to provide software release support, mentor, and train new associates within the team.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering with Computer Science or Information Technology.
At least 6 years of experience in backend development that include SQL/Stored Procedures like PL/SQL
At least 2 years of experience in product development in an agile/scrum environment
At least 2 years of experience in managing a team of 4 members

Preferred Qualifications

At least 2 years of experience of working with a Healthcare IT Company
At least 5 years of experience in architectural and design decisions.
