Responsibilities :
In this role, you will be responsible for portfolio assigned with below requirements:-
- Minimum understanding of supply chain management & logistics management.
- Demonstrated experience in providing excellent customer service
- At least Intermediate MS Excel skills (supported by testing)
- Problem solving skills
- Basic analysis skills, including ability to perform reconciliations
- Basic understanding of insolvency triggers
- At least 1 year of experience in office equipment.
- Familiarity/ Prior Exposure to typical Logistics activities:-
- Order (Product/Hardware) delivery coordination
- Pick up coordination with Logistics and 3PL players
- Order confirmation to customers and service technicians
- Basics Fundamentals of Supply Chain Management
- Logistics Transportation, Distribution & Warehousing
Qualifications :
Minimum qualifications :
- Good reasoning and analytical skills
- Effective communication
- Customer in mind and Strong Business acumen
- Excel skills
- Willingness to work in UK shifts
Preferred:-
- Good communication to make and understand inbound / outbound calls.
- Exposure to SAP
