Skills:

  • Experience in sales management

  • Establishing and developing retail distribution networks for financial product distribution

Qualifications & Experience:

  • 5-10 years of experience in partnerships, banca and broker
  • Graduate / Post Graduate (MBA preferred)

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the overall relationship with the key partner across the specific region
  • Be responsible for sales management & target delivery from the region through the partner channel
  • Handle on ground activation across the region
  • Ensure partner training across the region with periodic refreshers
  • Ensure resolution of all escalations and issues within defined TAT
  • Work towards creating a high quality and profitable business
  • Enhance visibility & product recall in the region
  • Ensure zero complaints from the partner - timely delivery & support in terms of MIS, product information, and other company related literature
  • Be the brand ambassador of Reliance Health Insurance
