Job Description

we are a recruitment consultant: job help centre

Our reputed client situated in Delhi require PRODUCTION AND QUALITY SUPERVIOSR for their manufacturing company:

Quality cum Production incharge

Responsible for handling manpower.

Responsible for production planning.

Completion of production target within given time.

Calculation of OEE.

Supervising the manufacturing processes, ensuring quality work is done in a safe, efficient manner.

Diagnosing problems in the production line and providing recommendations and training.

Identifying, documenting, and reporting unsafe practices.

Train new employees on how to safely use machinery and follow procedures

To ensure the process parameters as per control plan or operating standards during setup of production and patrol inspection and their proper recording.

Responsible for job setup approval .

Maintaining 5s in shop floor.

Responsible for providing on job training to operators and worker.

Responsible for maintaing process related document .

Preventive maintenance awareness.

Knowledge of assy. process

Preparation and analysis of rejection data.

Kaizen activittes.
