Greetings of the day!

We are Hiring for   AVP/VP/GM in Finance   The person should complete his CA. Only Male Candidate from the Education Industry, and the person has good knowledge and worked for Fund-Raising, Venture Capital, Private Equity.   Experience: 7 to 15 Years Salary : 8 to 15 Lac P.A Industry : Education/ EducationTechnology /University

1. Will be responsible formoney/ fundraising (PE Fund Raising)

2. Should have thorough knowledge of investment banking/ venture capital/ Private Equity

3. Should have experience of Private equity deals, working capital or project loans.

4. Should have worked with real estate projects/ funds.

5. Should have developed financial models based on various financial profitability, projections, or evaluations of companies.

6. Should have worked associated with banks/ NBFC wherein he was involved in various fund raising activities.

7. Should have a good network of venture capital, Angel investors/ Private equity firms/ Real Estate firms.

8. Should have managed debts & vendors.

9. Should have ability to make out monthly cash flow & revenue projections. Can make financial proposals and take it into market.

10. Prior investment analysis experience from an investment fund, investment banking or similar should be there.

11. Screen and evaluate opportunities along all stages until investment takes place.

12. Ability to build, maintain and strategically leverage extensive network in private equity funds, commercial, investment banks and investment advisors

13. Develop digital focus search areas and meet with start-up companies and investment funds to pursue new digital strategic relationship with the investors

14. Conduct research and meet with prospective entrepreneurs, managers and investors to urge them to invest in the business.

15. Manage relations with investment banks, Venture Capital and Private Equity firms

16. Adept at evaluating alternative investments, with an emphasis on private equity and venture capital mandates

17. Create strategic Partnerships with Digital Agencies

18. Experience of working with start-ups
