1. Fair knowledge of civil design and engineering concept.
2. Handling all the civil work regarding the site, structure, beam detailing, RCC, etc.
3. Setting out, levelling and surveying the site.
4. Day- to- day management of the site.
5. Planning the work and efficiently organizing site facilities.
6. Ensuring that all materials are utilized properly.
7. Checking the quality of work on site.
8.Purchasing site material. having knowledge of building material quality etc
