Tollplus is looking for a DEVOPS Manger who has a deep passion in cloud computing and release engineering.
The ideal candidate will have experience with operating systems, databases, networking, deployment automation, modern CI/CD, security, and application performance monitoring. He/She will be responsible for the end-to-end deployment pipeline of a key technology platform and will be working with software developers to deliver secure services with maximum uptime.
He/She will be responsible for deploying industry-standard automation and monitoring tools to highly visible products and implementing fully-automated continuous delivery solutions. These optimizations will also take into consideration cloud computing costs to allow for the most cost-effective service deployments.
This individual must have a proven track record of strengthen the existing infrastructure and implement new deployment process. working in a functional and technical team with a strong sense of quality ownership for existing and new cloud-based platforms and features

Job Profile: DevOps Manager.
Experience: 12 18 yrs
Job Responsibilities:
- Manages service delivery and scalability including:
- Build and release, provisioning, capacity planning, Reporting, Configuration Management
- Be accountable for all aspects of deployment and technical operations including technical project resources (partners / subcontractors or staff), scheduling, risk management, internal and external communications, status reporting, and resource management (internal and partners)
- Run on-call rosters
- Implement DevOps/SRE best practices
- Work with Development and Operations teams to understand requirements and translate it into backlog
- Utilize and develop upon build automation tools that will enhance the scalability of the product and help to ensure consistency and stability
- Work towards delivering the product by providing the necessary tools, integrate with cloud platforms as well as helping them manage their build system (CI/CD pipelines).
- Responsible for provisioning and supporting engineering application/environment; focusing on faster provisioning, reliability and consistency
- Be a key driver in our quest for Continuous Delivery, suggest best practices and potential improvements to our DevOps procedures and toolbox
- Apply cloud (AWS, Azure) computing skills to deploy software upgrades and fixes
- Stay up to date with the DevOps best practices, tools and market trends. Evaluate and recommend innovative solutions to be applied in the company
- Write user documentation on tools and services
- Handle the operations of the internal systems supporting R&D organization: maintain the systems up to date
- Integrate information security aspects in everything you do. Security is essential to our operations.
Skill Set:
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills and team work
- Minimum 12+ years' experience of overall experience with cloud services (AWS/ Azure) and Onprem
- Good knowledge of Azure pipelines
- Experience of managing a DevOps Team is desired
- Strong experience in managing both development and operations
- Must have good experience in Kubernetes, Docker, ELK, Nagios, Chef/Ansible, Terra-form, Sparkle Formation, TFS, SVN, GitLab, Jenkins etc,
- Must be comfortable with Linux & windows Administration
- Must have working knowledge of Python/ Shell scripting
- You exhibit expertise in software development methodologies
- You have experience in network, server, and application-status monitoring
- Strong motivation/curiosity to learn new things and discover new technologies,
- Must have worked in an Agile development environment
- Provide technical guidance and leadership to DevOps projects
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills- (Must)
- Must be comfortable working with a distributed team
- Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multitasking skills
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering or related field and 12+ years relevant work experience.
