Job Description
Solution Architect will interact with clients, product managers, and developers in order to envision, model and provide initial models of designs to architect a SaaS based product. This role is a key member of the Delivery project team and is responsible for the overall design of the applications and mapping client business requirements to systems/technical requirements. The Solution Architect works as a team member along with senior managers, PM's and developers, Technical Architect and supporting team members to deliver the complete solution for the customer. They will be responsible for constant review of the code to ensure the quality of the design by avoiding complexity and advocating clarity with the team, which requires hands-on work in developing prototypes, contributing code or evaluating technologies. Solution Architect will guide the business in which technologies it should be using and what new technologies it should be considering. This role includes working collaboratively with a degree of humility and mentoring staff as required. An ideal candidate for this position should have well balanced skills on Software/ Application Architecting and Cloud Architecting.

Experience:
Professional work experience of 10 to 15 years in IT Development / Cloud Architecting / Deployments
Competencies:
Concepts and techniques related to architecture assessment and roadmap creation.
Relevant programming background in .NET/MEAN Stack/Java is required.
Background in System Designing, Application architecting.
Liaise with programmers and software development team to design and implement an architectural system
Monitor the performance of architectural systems to ensure fluid interaction between components
Conduct tests to ensure an application conforms to fundamental application standards and meets the requirements of the end user
Ensure proper documentation of software design and developing processes in order to produce appropriate procedures for application use
Competent on AWS Cloud Architecture with min 3 to 4 years of hands-on experience
Cloud strategy & guiding principles
Cloud reference architecture and integration (public/private/hybrid model)
SaaS product deployment and implementation experience is a must.
Previous experience as lead architect on large-scale product or enterprise initiatives, preferred.
Technical Skills:
Programming background in .NET/MEAN Stack/Java
Application architecting skills in the areas of UI, Data modelling, API design, SoA, containerization [Kubernetes/Docker]
5+ years of relevant work experience in Application Architecture and Cloud Architecture
Strong understanding across Cloud and infrastructure components (server, storage, network, data, and serverless applications) to deliver end to end Cloud Infrastructure architectures and designs.
AWS Services like S3, EC2, RDS, ECS, SQS, SNS, Dynamo DB, Load Balancer, Redshift, Cognito
AWS CloudFormation or Teraform knowledge
AWS Network architecture , VPN Connectivity , Route 53, VPC Good understanding
Cloud security , AWS IAM
AWS Lambda , Event Triggers, API Gateway, API Security
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Design of Cloud environments with a focus on AWS and demonstrate Technical Cloud Architectural knowledge, playing a vital role in the design of production, staging, QA and development Cloud Infrastructures running in 24x7 environments.
Present the technological vision of the solution during planning, provide domain models and exemplary use cases that describe larger system behavior, and participate actively in interactively during the planning process.
Hands on development experience using MEAN Stack will be an advantage.
Educational Qualification:
Minimum of 15 years of formal education - Graduate / Post Graduate in Computer Science / Information Technology
