Main Task Description
1. Handle application operations- Incidents, deployments of using CI CD 40%
2. Able to write Scripts for Monitoring/ Fixing Bugs / Providing Workarounds/Enhancements 20%
3. Documentation and Best Practices for the Cloud Based Solutions 10%
4. Maintenance and Continuous Improvement of Services 10%
5. Collaboration DHC Team Members10%
6. Propose, test and implement ideas and solutions 10%
Technical Skills:
Hands on Skills on Linux, Jenkins, Ansible, GIT, Artifactory, Object Storage, Grafana, Prometheus, ELK, AppDynamics and PostgreSQL.
ITIL knowledge on Service/ Application Operations, PCF PaaS, Vsphere,
General Skills:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with the ability to build relationships
Ability to interact comfortably with all levels of management and actively participate on leadership teams
Effective problem solving and analytical skills
Intercultural Competence , Team Spirits, Communication and Cooperation ability,
High degree of Independence
