Specific duties && tasks:
Developing long-term relationships with clients through generating && managing their
requirements.
Establishing new, and maintaining existing relationships with customers.
Recording and maintaining clients contact database.
Follow up for tracking the progress of various inquiries, commercial closure of orders.
Study of the customers application, technical quotation && getting feedback.
Participate in exhibitions, focus on generating and converting the leads.
Forecasting of orders && tracking of upcoming projects.
Product presentations at client sites.
Market study of respective regions.
16-18 days per month visits in the assigned territory/region.
Scheduling of daily calls, weekly && monthly visits.
Calls && visits to forecast, existing customers and suspects.
On time reporting to senior management.
Coordination with design, estimation && production team for smooth operation.
