Job Description

Stem Learning is looking for Young, Dynamic Self-motivated and Science Graduates who has zeal to do Something for the Society, Something for the Education and be an active Change Maker who will be a part of our Operations Team.

• Training of Teachers
• Knowledge sharing and Hand Holding.
• Content Development
• Planning and Conducting Demonstrations
• Maintenance of Mini Science Center Models.
• Encouraging Teachers to change pedagogy.
• Encouraging two way Communication with stakeholders.
• School identification and creating MIS Report as per corporate requirement.
• Effectively obtaining Permission from education officer and getting school list of government and government aided schools.
• Emphasize on making average school to a model school
• Impact Assessment(Analysis, program implementation and documentation)
• Perform other duties as assigned time to time
• Receiving request letter from schools.
• Ability to handle Corporates requirements.
• Report Generation.
• Inculcation ownership amongst teachers

Candidate Profile

• Experience in training students or teachers in Physics concepts
• Candidate should have a completed degree in B.Sc/M.Sc Physics
• Candidate completed or pursuing B.Ed is an added advantage
• Proficient in Regional language
• Excellent communication skills in English
• Willing to travel within the designated location
