Urgently required Ecommerce manager for reputed firm based at delhi ncr

Must be graduate an above

Good in M S Office

Minimum 5 years exp in ecommerce industry

Job Description:

Creating managing & optimizing listing for all the marketplaces.

Monitor listing & pricing

Co-ordinate with senior management and make strategies

Managing promotional activities

Maintain return records

Content writing for products

Manage email, couriers & shipments.

Follow up with logistic partners

Manage product rating

Maintain relation with existing & new customers

Resolve product related problems & interact with customers
