Roles and Responsibilities-
1.Adopt and Understand Solutions and Services we offer to the customers ( CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm and Protection System )
2.Schedule Daily / Weekly meetings with target customers and position solutions.
3. Act as a Team : Focus on Team work to lead towards objective
4.organize and arrange joint visits with senior to get best results.
5.Use effective and innovative Social Media tools to generate leads
6.Generate Revenue and meet Monthly/ Quarterly/ Yearly targets
7.Maintain Profitability while generating revenue
Skills and Qualification -
1-3 Years Experience in Sales and Marketing of Safety and Security Solutions ( Fire Detection, Fire Hydrant, Fire Extinguishers, Fire Protection, CCTV, Access Control, Biometric, Gate /Boom/ Flap Barriers, Commercial Monitor, Sinages, etc.)
Should be Fluent in communication (Hindi / Marathi / English)
Aggressive and Optimistic approach and should haveLearning Attitude
Good at Negotiation
good Team Player
