We are hiring for International voice process (US Process)

Role : Customer & Technical Support

Designation : Associate & Sr.Associate

Criteria :

Qualification : Undergraduate/graduate/post graduate can apply

Experience : Minimum 1 Year of International voice is mandate

Must have excellent communication & customer handling skills

Looking only for Immediate Joiners - Must have all the documents handy.

Experience from Technical Support background OR a Telecom background will be an added advantage.

Must have basic knowledge about Internet & Computer related terms

Work Location : Hyderabad

5 Days a week

US - Rotational shifts

All the rounds will be Telephonic.
