We have an urgent opening for the position of Recruiter with our recruitment . RESPONSIBILITIES Gathering Requirements from Clients Searching resumes using job portals Searching resumes matching the skillset with the requirement Discussing requirement with the candidate and evaluation of profile against requirement Scheduling Interviews and follow-ups with Clients Monitoring performance of recruiters reporting to me and providing support if required to maintain high standards of quality norms Negotiatingon salary &completing the joining formalities.
