Work Experience: 6 -8 years

Required Skill Set/Roles and Responsibilities:

• Masters / Graduate or Equivalent.
• Should have proven skills of Team and Project Management.
• Should be able to manage and mentor the team to ensure that all tasks and activities are processed as per the defined KPI
• Should have experience working with team leads and managing deliverables
• Should be able to set clear team goals and deliver as per daily benchmark and quality standards.
• Must be excellent in exploiting features in using Excel , Word Power point
• Candidate must have worked in managerial role with multi location teams and multi project handling
• Should have managed the overall performance of Service Operations as per agreed SLAs with quality and customer delight.
• Should have excellent problem-solving capabilities lateral thinking skills and ability to work under pressure
• Should adhere to generate, receive, review, and implement corrective action, strict compliance of required quality timely report
• Should be able to lead and manage team members effectively for continuous improvement of day to day operations.
• Should be instrumental in managing operational and administrative functions, conflicts management, mentoring to ensure project deliverable are delivered efficiently.
• Should be responsible for customer experience, escalations achieving highest customer s satisfaction.
• Must be technically competent to understand industry standard HW SW products.
• Maintain excellent relations with team members, colleagues, customers and vendors.
• Should have excellent interpersonal skills and be able to engage positively with all members of his/her team of Team Leaders
• Should be able to provide leadership and support as and when required
• Should be able to communicate professionally, confidently and effectively with stakeholders
• Should have excellent organisational administrative skills
• Should have good time management skills
• Should be accountable for assigning works to the teams aligned
• Should be able to maintaining timely delivery of the assigned works for self and team
• Should be instrumental to be able to oversee the flow of the day-to-day operations
• Should be able to monitor team performance and report on metrics
