Roles and Responsibilities

Up selling, cross-selling, providing regular market information and updates to the customers. Extremely efficient servicing of requests to create a superior customer experience. Act as the Single Point of Contact for customers Banking Requirements.

A- Digital Officer (DO)/Digital Relationship Executive (DRM)

Axis Bank Frontline(CSA) - Good communication+ Fresher/experience +Graduate
Day shift - 9.30 am - 6.30 pm
Max Salary for DO up to 18.5k (14.8k in hand)CTC
Max Salary for DRM up to 19.5k (15.8k in hand)CTC
Travel allowance of 1.5k per month to be paid on Quarterly basis (4.5k Quarterly)

4 Rounds of an Interview
HR, AMCAT Assessment Test, Operations and Quality Round

Desired Candidate Profile

Excellent communication skills in English and Hindi
Any domain sales profiles would do.
Freshers can be considered.
Any banking process/customer service profiles would do
BPO background people working in Banking process would do
Financial services BPO.
Candidates with any kind of experience
