Roles & Responsibilities:

Should have functional knowledge in the below modules
- Core HR, Absence & Payroll.

Core HR, Absence & Payroll.

Quick pay, Retro, and Manage Object Group.

Absence accruals and Entitlements.

Testing Knowledge,

Test case writing techniques (BVA, Equivalence partitioning, Decision table, Error guessing)

Test plan, strategy, and test case writing.

Test life cycle.

Defect life cycle.

Ensuring coverage (negative, functional, and security).

Knowledge in APIs
