Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

The position seeks proven leaders who can manage our Microsoft technology projects and deliver to exceed customer expectations.
Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.
Should manage and deliver resource allocation (people, hardware, software)
Strong techno functional knowledge on .Net, SQL and allied technologies
Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation and presentations
Candidate should have prior background of handling multiple projects, direct interaction with client managers and take complete responsibility for the delivery of the projects.
Should possess strong hands- on designing and development skills in C#, ASP.NET, WCF, Web Services/ Web API, Angular JS and SQL Server.

Collaborate with peers and management on process improvement ideas, policy and procedure enhancements, and opportunities to improve our customer's service experience.
Coach, lead and manage the team resources by sharing expertise for team development
Effectively collaborates and communicates with the stakeholders and ensure client satisfaction.
Sets and manages client expectations effectively
Strong business communication and people management skills
Should have experience in ASP.Net, Micro Services, MVC, Project Management, React JS, SQL skills.
