JOB OVERVIEW
Manager, Engineering would oversee construction and engineering operations at companys new upcoming
facility in Bahadurgarh, Haryana. The company is setting up a new pharmaceutical manufacturing facility in
Bahadurgarh, Haryana and would be constructing a new building in a 4000 square meter area. Manager,
Engineering would work with different teams and stakeholders for managing and review of site setup operations.

JOB LOCATION
Bahadurgargh, Haryana

RESPONSIBILITIES AND DUTIES
1. Work with the architect and team in preparing and reviewing building drawings / maps
2. Creation and review of pre-construction checklist
3. Procurement of civil / construction materials
4. Testing of construction materials
5. Review site construction operations by Civil contractor
6. Liaise with HVAC contractors for setting up air filtration and air cooling systems
7. Work with Water System contractor for setting up water filtration, supply and drainage systems
8. Work with the electrical team for setting up 3 phase, single phase and solar power distribution systems.
9. Prepare periodic reports of project progress with inputs from all the above teams and review with
management.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education level: Post Graduate in Civil Engineering
Experience: Minimum 5-8 years of experience in Industrial Civil Operations
Others: Preferable to have some experience in construction or engineering operations in Pharmaceutical
Sector.
