Agreeya is hiring for Team Lead Recruitment- US Staffing role as per the mentioned details:

Role: Team Lead- Recruitment (US Staffing)

Shift: Night Shift (EST/PST)

Location: Sector-57, Noida

Roles and Responsibilities

• Partner with client base to understand and anticipate staffing needs of the business and to implement appropriate long-term staffing strategies
• Manage end to end Customer relationships, and fulfilling their on time requirement, growing the book of business by expanding our foot prints with new and existing customers
• Leverage personal network and/or other networks to identify and pursue opportunities.
• Recommend innovative business processes to improve staffing ability
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• Bachelors degree in Business or Management, or equivalent experience
• Prior Experience using Jobdiva
• Knowledge of clients' needs and team handling experience
• Exceptional interpersonal relationship and verbal skills; including phone and in-person presentation skills
• 6+ years IT Recruitment expertise in staffing Industry
