Job Description
Roles and Responsibilities :
- Executing a wide range of function such as Profit Centre Operations, Business Development, Supply Chain & Commercial Operations, Liaison & Coordination, Contract Administration, vendor management, new projects set-up & implementation, procurement and administration.
- Strategizing and formulating business plan, budget, profit through new initiatives and institutionalized processes.
- Devising and implementing policies & procedures to enable smooth functioning of operations.
- Facilitating improvement avenues by identifying & driving cost improvement opportunities; devising & effectuating internal/external control procedures.
- Performing feasibility study for new business proposals for maintaining SLA with customers.
- Coordinating with a variety of key accounts for distribution & warehousing operations.
- Developing, documenting, & executing a global comprehensive logistics and distribution strategic plan that drives optimal customer service and revenue enhancement.
- Articulating high-level implementation plans and determining future logistics organizational structure/support ensuring Delivery-in-Full (DIF) and Delivery-on-Time (DOT).
- Strategically planning, managing logistics, warehouse, transportation & customer services while monitoring compliance with laws, regulations and ISO requirements.
- Maintaining physical condition of warehouse by planning & implementing new design layouts.
- Spearheaded various Value Stream Mapping (VSM) projects to improve efficiency in operations.
- Managing operations with enhancing service quality & reducing cost.
- Revamped planning & analysis team, improved reporting & forecasting & drove strategic business growth.
