Job Profile:

• Basic knowledge of charges and billing.
• Provide Support to International Customers.
• Provide resolution of issues faced by the customers.
• Offer the right solutions to International customers.
• Excellent customer services handling skills.
• Excellent Communication in English.
• Outstation candidates may apply.
• 2 Ways Cab Facilities will be provided.
• Job location: Hi-tech, Hyderabad Location.
• Working Days: 5 Days working with rotational week off.
• Shift Timings: Rotational Shifts and Rotational week off.

Job Criteria:

• Candidate must have International Voice Experience.
• Undergraduates with Minimum of 2year into International Voice Experience.
• Graduates with Minimum of 1year into International Voice Experience.
