Job Description

*Tech Mahindra Limited is looking for Customer Service Associate (Work from Home)*

Job Role: Advises present or prospective customers by answering incoming calls on a rotating basis; operating telephone equipment, automatic dialling systems, and other telecommunications technologies. Documents transactions by completing forms and record logs.

Required Skills:-

Basic computer knowledge

Good English communication skills

Qualification: - 10+2 ( 6 months Exp )Any Graduate/ Diploma/ Post Graduate ( Fresher)

Age Limit: 18 to 30 Years

Shift Timing: - 24*7

Salary:- 180000 Lac PA 13200 (in hand)

4k-5KStipend in 25 Days of training

Mandatory language- English, Hindi

Interview Process:- Telephonic

* Laptop/Desktop ( Windows 8,9 or 10 ) & Stable internet connectivity is mandatory*
