Roles and Responsibilities
Job Role: Advises present or prospective customers by answering incoming calls on a rotating basis; operating telephone equipment, automatic dialling systems, and other telecommunications technologies. Documents transactions by completing forms and record logs.
Desired Candidate Profile
Basic computer knowledge
Good communication skills in ENGLISH
Qualification: - 10+2 (6 months Exp.) in BPO / Customer Service
Any Graduate/ 12 + Diploma/ Post Graduate (Fresher) can apply.
Age Limit: 18 to 30 Years
Mandatory language- English, Hindi & Marathi

Between 6 am to 1 am (9 hrs- Male)
Between 6 am to 11 pm (9hrs- Female)
