Wipro is hiring for Defined Benefits team for Ops roles-3.6-10years Exp -GGN/Noida/Chennai

***** Candidates with relavant experience will be considered for this position****

Shift Timing- 5.30pm to 3am

Work Schedule- Mon-Fri

Transport- 2 Way Cab

Roles & Responsibilities:

• Experience in Defined Benefits domain is mandatory.
• Person would be responsible for execution of ongoing operations tasks, identifying operational efficiencies, and identifying continuous improvement opportunities.
• Able to manually perform Benefit processes and complex tasks/calculations that require plan knowledge, analysis, and interpretation.
• Identifying training needs and provide necessary coaching as required to BOA.
• Coaches BOAs/PDs/PAs to improve client delivery.
• Monitors client operations dashboard measures to provide inputs to manage client-level impacts.
• Strong understanding of client plan provisions/product & processing guidelines and SLA metrics.

Education: BA/B.Com/BBA/M.COM/MBA preferred Any Graduates with relevant work experience can apply.

Required Experience:

• 3.6-10 years of work experience in Defined Benefits in Ops is mandatory
• Excellent Communication Skill
• Good MS Office skills
