Job Profile:

• Must have Basic Technical Knowledge.
• Provide Technical/Customer Support to International Customers.
• Excellent Communication in English.
• Provide resolution of issues faced by the customers.
• Offer the right solutions to the customers.
• Troubleshooting Skills.
• Quickly and accurately perform multi-tasks like talking, listening, seeking information, and problem-solving.
• Working Days: 5 Days working with rotational week off.
• Shift Timings: Rotational Shifts & Rotational week off.
• 2 Ways Cab Facilities will be provided.
• Job location: Hi-tech, Hyderabad Location.
  

Job Criteria:

• Minimum 12 months experience of International Voice Support.
• Outstation candidates may apply.
