Job Profile:
- Must have Basic Technical Knowledge.
- Provide Technical/Customer Support to International Customers.
- Excellent Communication in English.
- Provide resolution of issues faced by the customers.
- Offer the right solutions to the customers.
- Troubleshooting Skills.
- Quickly and accurately perform multi-tasks like talking, listening, seeking information, and problem-solving.
- Working Days: 5 Days working with rotational week off.
- Shift Timings: Rotational Shifts & Rotational week off.
- 2 Ways Cab Facilities will be provided.
- Job location: Hi-tech, Hyderabad Location.
Job Criteria:
- Minimum 12 months experience of International Voice Support.
- Outstation candidates may apply.
