Job Location: Hyderabad/Chennai
Qualification: Post Graduation in any field
Required Experience: Minimum 4 years in referral marketing and client empanelment
Prefer Experienced: 2 years Experience of Diagnostic centres /Medical Representative will be preferable/Pre-policy check ups/working with an Integrator of diagnostic and other health care services organization
Job Role: Operations of Program and Business Development
Responsibilities:
1. Must work with the Divisional coordinators.
2. Must guide team time to time to coordinate with Insurance agents and develop good business relationship in the interest of promoting business.
3. Empanel diagnostic centres and develop good business relationship with them.
4. Visit insurance companys branch offices and diagnostic centres for better relationships when needed.
5. Keep a tab on the team for instructions to be given to Diagnostic centres and information be given to diagnostic centres about the new developments which need to be adopted immediately for efficient and effective customer service.
6. Develop good business relationship with insurance branch offices and divisional offices, zonal offices and head offices of insurance companies.
7. Coordinate with back end operations to to ensure effective and efficient service delivery.
8. Must come up with ideas to enhance efficiency of the program
9. Develop business for telemedicine services by empanelling with pharmacies, diagnostic centres and polyclinics.
10. Coordinate well with the National manager and VP Program Development and keep them informed about outcomes of meetings, travel plans, profitability, etc.
11. Send daily reports of the activities to the management
12. Responsible for Profit and Loss of the programs under purview.

2. Ability and willingness to work at odd hours and in long shifts, if required
3. Willingness to travel in short notice
