Role
We are hiring for Inside Account Manager (IAM) position for our Mumbai office.The IAM is the primary point of relationship contact for customers of Softcell. The IAM is responsible for telecalling and lead generation activities for a particular geographical area or list of named accounts in branch. The IAM has to work from office and generally does not need to go on field calls.
The IAM works closely with a team member who is on the field such as a BDE or a Sales Specialist and they work as a team in ensuring that customer needs in their territory/named accounts are met in a timely & accurate manner. The IAM along with the BDE/Sales Specialist is measured on their ability to successfully reach the quarterly sales/revenue quota.

Key responsibilities of the IAM include the following:
Lead generation through telecalling and reaching to the fortnightly lead generation target for a portfolio of software and hardware products.
Closing sales orders and achievement of quarterly lead generation and revenue quota.
Daily customer engagement over the phone. Connect via voice/phone, day-in and day-out, with Softcell customers in the assigned territory to ensure top-of-the-mind ?Softcell? recall and resultant sale of Softcell offerings.
Execute marketing activities such as call outs, campaigns, etc.
Fast & accurate information dissemination and response for quotations/information to customers.
Lead generation and Closures.
Sending Proposals, Order Processing and Payment Follow-ups.
Managing to capture customer information (both infrastructure and contact information).
Work closely as a team with the respective BDE / Sales Specialists.
Update CRM on a daily basis.

Education & Experience
2-4 years of inside sales or telesales experience (preferably from an IT industry background).
An MBA is a prerequisite.
Preference will be given to candidates having prior exposure of working in a IT services organisation. Freshers who have completed MBA (Sales and Marketing) will be considered for the position of trainee.
Excellent Oral Communication & Written Skills.
Ability to act quickly and work under pressure.
