Job Description
Apollo TeleHealth is hiring Medical Officer for Multiple Languages : Bengali, Oriya, Malayalam, Gujarati, Marathi, and ( Hindi & English Mandatory)
Objective:
- To ensure addressing the health concerns of the beneficiaries/ patients by providing virtual consultations through a telemedicine platform, abiding by the guidelines stated, specific to the project catering to. And performing Medical Examinations (remotely) and submit a report post examination.
Job Responsibilities:
- To properly elicit the health concern stated by the beneficiary/ patient, and provide the best possible management of the ailment/disease, from the available resources (Lab investigations, medicines, manpower)
- To identify any emergencies or out of scope services and promptly refer them to the necessary referral center, guiding the beneficiary on the need for referral
- To abide by the guidelines stated for consultation process and timelines
- To ensure the consultations provided are as per the quality standards
- To ensure complete and accurate documentation of the proceedings of the consultation in the software application of the concerned project
- To encourage referral within the available specialties as needed
- To perform quality audits of the consultations allotted
- To conduct Medical Examinations remotely (Audio and/or Video).
- Conducting the medical examination by following predefined questioner.
- For fulfillment of the responsibility, Doctor is expected to make Outbound call and answer Inbound calls.
- Work with various Electronic Health Records platforms to perform video consultations.
- Making sure to maintain defined performance indicators, such as patient wait time, consultation time, etc.
Authorities
- Addressing the health concerns and performing Medical Examinations remotely of the patients / beneficiaries.
- Make appropriate, timely and safe decisions on the management plan of the beneficiaries / patients
Qualifications
- Education: MBBS with MCI registration and state medical board registration
- Specialized knowledge: Sound clinical knowledge and experience in handling patients indivudually
- Skills & Abilities:
- Basic computer proficiency with typing speed of at least 20 WPM (Words per minute)
- Good communication and Interpersonal skills
- Should be proficient in Hindi / Bengali/ Oriya/ Malayalam/ Gujarati/ Marathi (based on the project location) and English.
- Effective decision-making skills
- Experience: 1-8 year
Working conditions
- Should be flexible to work in rotational shifts. And no fixed offs on Sundays and public holidays.
Physical requirements
For Work from home consultants the following are mandatory:
- Desktop with a UPS backup and a working web camera or a Laptop with working Web camera
- Broadband internet connection of at least 5 Mbps uninterrupted
- Back up internet dongle of at least 2 Mbps uninterrupted
- Apron or a stethoscope
- USB headphones with noise cancellation microphone
- A clean, neat and non-noisy environment with plain, non-flashy background
Job Location:
Hyderabad for Work from Office consultants
Timings: As agreed based on project allotted.
- Part time: As agreed upon for any number of hours per day within 8:00 am to 8:00 pm
