Roles and Responsibilities
Welcome visitors by greeting them, in person or the telephonic, answering and referring inquiries.
Candidate should have good communication skills.
Perform other clerical receptionist duties such as filing, photocopying, managing incoming and outgoing couriers
Responsible for handling front office reception.
Greet clients as soon as they arrive and connect them with the appropriate person.
Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
Answer the phone in a timely manner.
Desired Candidate Profile
Good communication skills. Must be a pleasant personality.
Good command of the English language, both written and verbal.
Personable, enthusiastic, self-motivated and able to work independently.
Attentive responsible, committed to tasks assigned.
Ability to understand and carry out oral and written instructions and request clarification when needed.
Monitor visitor access and maintain security awareness.
Should be able to attend front desk and handle walk in customers.
