Hire, train, and supervise customer service representatives and financial service managers. Enforce bank regulations and oversee bank security measures. Monitor branch financial activities, performing audits, reviewing reports, and managing cash levels.
Job Description :-
To attend the walk-in customer in branch.
Resolve there queries regarding credit card or loan.
Identify opportunities and generate sales opportunities through database deals and by existing customer of bank.
Follow and adhere to the strict KYC norms set for the team.
Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes
Skills Required :-
Should have good communication skills and analytical skills
Must have knowledge on front line sales and KYC resource
Must possess strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
Should be hard working.
Salary :-18,000/- to 25,000/- plus incentives
