Job Description

We are hiring Consultant General Medicine/Internal Medicine, Gynecologist, Dermatologist & Orthopedics.

No. of Position: 25

Qualifications: MD/DNB - General Medicine/ Internal Medicine, Gynecology, Dermatology & Orthopedics

Type of Work: Work from Home

Timing: 11 AM to 2 PM or 10 AM to 1 PM (3 Hrs)

Job Role:

• Follow all standard MCI guidelines during and after consultation
• Meet all targets as required
• Understanding of all quality parameters
• Being available for the agreed working hours
• Safeguarding the rights and privacies of the patient
• Recognizing symptoms and signs of various illness and injuries to order appropriate tests and prescribe treatments and diagnostics
• Counselling patients on preventive healthcare practices
• Using electronic medical records systems
• Understanding proper format for patient note documentation
• Keep up to date with Medical Developments, Treatment & Medication updates
• Follow all organization policies and rules as defined

Skill Set:

• Good computer proficiency
• Good communication and Interpersonal skills
• Should be proficient in English & Hindi
• Effective decision-making skills

For Work from home consultants the following are mandatory:

• Desktop with a UPS backup and a working web camera or a Laptop with working Web camera
• Broadband internet connection of at least 5 Mbps uninterrupted
• Back up internet dongle of at least 2 Mbps uninterrupted
• Apron or a stethoscope
• USB headphones with noise cancellation microphone
• A clean, neat and non-noisy environment with plain, non-flashy background
