Key Responsibilities:

We are looking for intelligent, dynamic and diligent HR Recruitment Specialist for our Investment Banking, Financials, Consulting and Offshoring Practice at Symphoni HR.

• The candidate should come with minimum 1 year work experience in hardcore recruitment for the Investment Banking practice.
  We are looking for ambitious and aware individuals, and knowledge of technologies and platforms, business implementation, recruitment market as well as news flow and trends in the industry are all important.
• The role covers hiring for Quant, Risk, Compliance, Analytics, Fund accounting, Corporate Finance, Research and Operations, Technology, IT roles.
• The candidate is expected to develop a detailed understanding of the roles, undertake sourcing using Naukri/LinkedIn/iimjobs/Monster and creative search strategies, screen CVs and generate interest in passive prospects, schedule discussions and interviews, and negotiate and close the search mandate.
• Research on talent pools across roles and locations, documentation, client acquisition and sales are preferable.
