Job Description
The role is with workforce management and human capital management cloud provider at Noida
CANDIDATES HAVING Experience with payroll processing for either of the EMEA, Belgium, Netherlands, Spain & Germany should only apply
Payroll Analyst
Duration: 3-6 months Renewable
Pay Rate: 35-40k
The role will be on the payroll of Kelly Services for for a period of 3-6 months renewable on performance basis.

Description and Requirements
This position will be an essential part of the Payroll function. The key responsibilities will be related to preparation, reporting, analyzing and payment of the payroll process and Tax, with a strong focus on internal customer service levels. This position will operate during 11:30am IST to 8:30pm IST.
- Focus on Payroll processes for EMEA payroll
- Assist with managing the payroll service provider relationship to ensure all aspects of the service level agreements are met
- Partner with HR to insure accurate employee data maintenance globally
- Process/Coordinate payroll tax payments with the payroll service provider/local tax authorities Manage special situations like maternity or STD pay
- Ensure receipt of all supporting documents with related to Full & Final Settlement and preparation of the same.
- Payment and reconciliation of bonus payments, calculation payment and reconciliation of tax
- Understanding on payroll accounting for international subsidiaries including journal entries and reconciliations
- Preparation and reconciliation of payment summaries
- Ensure prompt maintenance of staff records at all times including archiving and filing
- Liaise with HR staff appointments, terminations, remuneration, conditions of service and other relevant matters.
- Assist with internal and external payroll audits
Qualifications
- 5-7 years of payroll related work experience
- Experience with payroll processing for the EMEA, Belgium, Netherlands, Spain & Germany
- Excellent Verbal communication skills
- Strong conceptual understanding and experience with Payroll processing and Accounting
- Any ERP experience would be a plus
- Bachelors of Commerce with a major in Accounting or Finance
- Advanced working knowledge of Microsoft Excel is a must
- Ability to embrace technology and change
