Roles and Responsibilities
- Must have experience on the full Life Cycle of Recruiting (screening resumes, interviewing, technical queries & interviews, closing of candidates and responsibilities till joining of candidates).
- Must be proficient in recruiting techniques like Head Hunting, Calling, Networking Sites, Referrals and Internet Based recruiting Tools.
- Must have experience on hiring all levels of technical candidates.
- Ability to work as a good team player, interviewing, hiring candidates, Maintaining & building the candidate database.
- Sound knowledge on IT concepts and latest trends.
- Ability to work independently and multi-task in a fast paced environment
- To understand Technical requirements of clients and deliver qualified resources.
- Sourcing and screening potential IT candidates from effective usage of Internal Systems / Database.
- Match the profile of the candidate on technical grounds.
Responsible for negotiation, paper work validation and closed candidates for assigned requisitions. - Responsible for editing and formatting resumes matching consistency and giving visual and technical perfection to them for presenting it to clients.
- Maintaining Candidate/Vendor relation on the progress of submitting made, Interview Coordination and taking care of the joining formalities.
- We are looking for people with very strong communications and also quick joiners.
Education/Experience:
- Bachelors degree in any stream with 3 to 8 years experience.
- Social Media hiring, Passive hiring, Talent mapping, Networking, Referencing Head hunting, Client handling, Client Meeting, Maintaining systematic records of submitting and on experience on Sourcing and End to End Recruitment experiences.
Desired Candidate Profile
- Proficient in sourcing right candidates through extensive portal search.
- Should have excellent communication, convincing skills and negotiation skills.
- Excellent understanding of technology and associated technical skill sets
