Senior Software Engineer-Azure Stack Edge @ Microsoft

Responsibilities

We are looking for a highly motivated software engineer to help us drive new initiatives in this space, from ideation to delivery. As a team, we are interested in smart, self-driven individuals, with positive can-do attitude, who come to work with a smile and enjoy writing clean and elegant code. We value passion, creativity, teamwork, agility, accountability and desire to learn new complex technical areas. An unquenchable drive to write code, own quality and a passion for helping ship high quality software is a must.

• A strong Computer Science background with solid C#, Java, C/C++ programming, debugging skills is highly desired.
• Experience developing Cloud Services or Restful services, or Distributed systems is highly preferred.
• Great design and problem-solving skills, with a strong bias for architecting for performance, scalability, security and reliability.
• Deep understanding of efficient data structures and algorithms.
• 7+ years of experience in Software Development.
• Bachelor s/Master s Degree or equivalent in Computer science or related field required.
• An entrepreneurial spirit with a can-do attitude a self-starter, project finisher and adaptive, collaborative.
• Able to analyze and clearly articulate complex issues and technologies.
