Graduate with minimum 2 to 3 years of experience as Training Manager on papers from Ed-Tech industry only.

Deliver product training to New Hires in the Voice Line of Business
Identify Learning needs of agents
Design training curriculum using inputs from Training & Quality
Observe and evaluate trainee performance during training & Bridge/Nesting
Track and maintain trainee attendance and trainee certification records for audit purposes
Initiate and participate in the projects for the team and the department
Conduct refreshers and huddles for NHTs and tenured population
Conduct audits and feedback for the targeted population with the objective of improving scores for training throughput or conversion
Required to give a fixed number of production hours each month
Maintain key MIS related to all the above activities
Implementing & Adhering to Quality BPMS process compliance
Support the floor for staff in OJT (0 to 90days tenure)
Support TNTQ by Quality / Compliance Audits
Training and handling OJT batch
Would be handling 10 to 15 members
Making sure that BDMs are clearing OJT
