 Assistant Restaurant Manager

Job Description

  1. Responsible for handling the entire day to day operations in the restaurant.
  2. Greeting guests and taking orders with a smile.
  3. Strategizing for revenue generation by increasing footfalls
  4. Responsible for cost control, inventory control, cash control and customer relations, shift management, Food Cost etc.
  5. People management.
  6. To plan and carry out operations of the store, so as to maintain smooth functioning of the store with focus on revenue generation, upgradation by maintaining high standards, in accordance with standard operating procedures.
  7. Ensure upkeep of store premises, maintenance & manage all the equipment's of the store for smooth operational flow.
  8. To carry out staff meeting at periodic intervals and responsible for motivating the team.
  9. Preparing different kinds of reports on food cost, inventory, wastage, P&L, petty cash, delivery, etc.
  10. Maintaining a clean and organized work environment from our guest's viewpoint.
  11. Manpower management & training new staff
  12. Supervising all the duties of the Team Members and Delivery Riders.
  13. Operating the cash register and collecting payment from guests.
