Job Description
Skills Required:
- Should possess basic knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel
- Be proactive towards the duties assigned and should be able to work with minimal supervision
- Have good communication skills and be able to express confidently
- Ability to contribute within the team and come up with new initiatives for execution
- Should be able to generate effective solutions for business problems
- Ability to multitask by prioritising and managing time prudently
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Maintain and develop relationships with customers in-person as well as remotely
- Collaborate with team members on knowledge transfer, developing best practices, procedures and standards
- Establish and maintain brand collaborations and partnerships
- Track brand perception around parameters of awareness, consideration and preference among customers
- Measure and report performance of marketing campaigns, and assess performance along established KPIs
- Monitor market trends and understand choices shaping consumer preferences
Selection Process:
- All candidates will go through 3-6 months of training.
- The training will expose candidates to various aspects of marketing & sales strategy, communication & soft skills, technological readiness as well as concepts of finance, operations and analytics to excel in the corporate role
- At the end of the training period, the candidate will get a full time posting with one of our corporate partners after successful interview
