Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities

Handle recruitment activities from gathering the requisitions, sourcing, screening, interviews, offers, follow up till the candidate joins

Handling full cycle of recruitment from requirement understanding to sourcing of candidates through in-house data base, using job portals, referrals.

Need to have experience in end to end recruitment

Hands on experience in bulk hiring, volume hiring is a must

Candidates having recruitment exposure in consumer durables, consumer electronics (Home appliances) industry will be high preferred

We are rapidly growing organization and is looking forward for a candidate who is keen to make a career in Talent Acquisition

Experience : 2- 4 Years into HR Recruitment

Required Skilsets:- Interviewing, conducting through pre-screening and assessment of potential candidates, evaluate candidates technical skills and competencies and assess candidates ability to fit the work environment.
