Job Description
About the Role The project requires an experience Business Analyst, coupled with scrum master experience to run a team of 30 - 40 members Responsibilities :
- Candidate will be responsible for requirement elicitation analysis, writing user stories/use cases
- Prepare and publish release documentation and implementation strategies to all stakeholders involved
- Facilitate seamless collaboration, identify and remove impediments to ensure timely delivery of projects
- Provide guidance on test cases and test scenarios
- Conduct UAT of the developed features and provide feedback to the teams
- Perform duties independently under general, minimal supervision within specific assignments
- Experienced required working as a Scrum Master at least for 2 years
- CSM certified
- Experience working in waterfall and agile projects
- Ability to drive and facilitate Scrum events
- Understanding of TDD/BDD frameworks
- Excellent communication skills coupled with negotiation skills
- Strongly serving the Product Owner and Development Team in their quest to do everything possible to delight customers
- Removing impediments or guiding the team to remove impediments by finding the right personnel to remove the impediment.
- Supporting and educating the Product Owner, especially with respect to grooming and maintaining the product backlog.
- Providing all support to the team using a servant leadership style whenever possible, and leading by example
- Should be able to build good rapport with various Project stakeholders (QA, Scrum Master, Project Manager etc.) and other interface developers both in US and EGS.
First level Scrum Master certification (PSM I, CSM )
Experience playing the Scrum Master role for at least two years for a Scrum team.
Good skills and knowledge of servant leadership, facilitation, situational awareness, conflict resolution, continual improvement, empowerment, and increasing transparency
Knowledge of numerous well documented patterns and techniques for filling in the intentional gaps left in the Scrum approach (example: numerous Burn down techniques, numerous Retrospective formats, handling bugs, etc.)
Ability to work independently with minimum supervision
Ability to work directly with US partner teams
Should be willing to work in shifts to provide better overlap with the US partner team & EGS teams
Expect independent decision making on strategic solutions, be proactive and drive projects to completion Desired Qualifications: Second or Third level Scrum Master certification (PSM II, PSM III, CSP, CTC)
Experience being on multiple Scrum teams in a variety of different contexts (different team sizes, different organizations, different cultures, co-located vs. distributed, etc.)
Knowledge and/or experience with widely successful Agile techniques: User Stories, ATDD, TDD, Continuous Integration, Continuous Testing, Pairing, Automated Testing, Agile Games
