Job Description: Lead Learning & Development
Learning interventions
Ownership and end to end management of learning-related interventions/programs for specific roles, grades as per agreed outcomes. Eg. Leadership development program, First time Manager program etc.
Experience of working on larger projects in the L&D space.
Team Management:
Experience in handling team.
Learning systems:
Own and manage learning systems like LMS, online learning portals etc.
Contribute towards enhancements of the systems as needed
Manage online learning contents and to come up with creative new digital formats and ways to impart training and engaging all stakeholders
Employee training needs:
Identification and analysis of various learning needs and conversion into Learning Management Plan. Ensure learning of employees as per the plan.
Finance related
Manage Learning programs within the budget allocated
Provide cost-efficient solutions
Learning logistics:
Ensure learning logistics. Organizing time and resources (e.g., people, facilities, events, materials, etc.) for effective Learning process.
Coordinating with other departments (like Admin, Sysnet, Accounts) for a free flow Learning process Documentation & MIS:
Document all Learning programs as per company standard. Prepare monthly MIS, analysis and effective evaluation of the Learning program.
Experience in handling in L&D audits
