Job Description

Mastree is an online tutoring solution that aims to strengthen fundamentals of students through proven pedagogical principles in the K-12 space.

Our modules(K12)offer question led learning embedded with interactive pieces of information be it videos / gifs / other tools etc. Through our data science engine, we are able to make students learn in a way they understand best since we aim to provide real-time hints, adjust the difficulty levels, provide interest based questions, media formats as per their liking, etc.

Work Days & Timings:

Full time structure

• 7 working hours per day (in between 11:00 AM and 9:30 PM)
• 6working days per week (must work on weekends, weekly off on weekdays)
• Work from the comfort of your home

Part time structure

• 3working hours per day(Flexible to choose the slots between 11:00 AM and 9:30 PM)
• 6working days per week (must work on weekends, weekly off on weekdays)
• Work from the comfort of your home

Qualification:

Candidate should be a graduate in any field.

Tech Requirements:

Laptop / Desktop (8GB RAM or higher), high-quality webcam (HD / 1080p inbuilt or external), stable internet, power backup for internet and proper lighting.
