Roles and Responsibilities

Role: Customer Support & Technical Support (Associate & Senior Associate)

Desired Candidate Profile

• Any Graduate / Undergraduate / Post Graduate can apply
• Minimum 1 year of experience in International voice is a mandate
• Should be flexible working in Rotational shifts
• Must have excellent communication skills
• Basic knowledge about computers and the internet will be an added advantage for a technical support role

Must have excellent customer handling skills.
