Job Description

Hiring fo rPilot Airline Process Trainer Inbound (Voice Process)

PFB the JD for this role:

1. Should be able to manage new joinees
2. Should have been worked with a BPO for minimum 6 month or 1 year as a Trainer
3. Should have presentation skills, completion of identified training needs

4. Development of training modules for new joining employees

5. Should be able to maintain their throughput

6. Should have good communication skills.

7. Should have knowledge of Pareto analysis, BQM & TNI.

Eligibility Criteria:

1) Good command over English

2) Process & product awareness

3) Industry & Domain Knowledge

4) MS Power Point, MS Excel, Word & Outlook

5) H.S.C Mandatory
