Job Responsibilities:
Understand the companys core business domain, communicate, collaborate and build relationships with Clients and Business stakeholders, Project Heads, Project Managers, Operations Analysts to deliver effective solutions.
Lead the design and development of technical solutions based on the Microsoft technology Platform
Drive continuous improvement in the technical architecture of existing solutions. Actively participate in writing/reviewing code where needed and in developing core components of the technical architecture.
Be a role model to a team of software developers by always demonstrating the highest standards in technical design and development and continuously improving the skills in the way the team builds software solution.
Hands-on working in delivering end-to-end solutions contributing in key IT functions including Requirements management, Application Design/Development, Delivery/Project management, Application IT/Security Infrastructure management, Production Support, Release/Environment management
Lead the technology solution on new Project requirements and provide subject matter insight to prepare estimates, prioritize and plan the deliverables.
Explore new technologies and experiment its adoption for efficient and scalable solutions
Be a point of contact to Senior Leadership team to drive Software Development projects and initiatives, proactive tracking of project progress, issue tracking and risk mitigation through metrics and statistics
Skill Sets Required:
Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or related field
Overall 12-15 years of experience in software development with atleast 3-5 years of proven ability in handling large to medium enterprise level software projects.
Deep expertise in Architecture, Design and Development of software applications using Microsoft .NET with MVC, Web Technologies, VBA, SQL Server and integration of MS Office applications
Experience in developing Secure applications, UI/UX designs, Database application design, Application performance, scaling, enterprise-level integration and messaging systems
Strong understanding of the software development lifecycle as it pertains to the .Net framework. Managing automated unit testing frameworks and continuous integration solutions.
Proven experience working with stakeholders to help define business requirements for complex systems based on outlined strategic technology platform
Proven experience delivering agile solutions and Application lifecycle management in a .NET environment
Excellent communication skills, self-starter, dynamic, able to work independently. Be a go-getter in working with stakeholders and driving problem solutions to closure
Required Candidate profile

Experience working in Financial and Legal Services industry would be an advantage

Exposure to digital transformation technologies like Data Analytics, RPA, AI, ML will be an added advantage
