Job Profile:

• Provide Support to International Customers via Chat.
• Provide resolution of issues faced by the customers via Chat.
• Offer the right solutions to the customers via Chat.
• Quickly and accurately perform multi-tasks like seeking information and problem solving via Chat.
• Excellent customer services handling skills via Chat.
• Basic knowledge of charges and billing.
• Working Days: 5 Days working with rotational week off.
• Shift Timings: Rotational Shifts & Rotational week off.
• 2 Ways Cab Facilities will be provided.
• Job location: Hi-tech, Hyderabad Location.

Job Criteria:

• Candidate must have International Dual Chat Experience (concurrency 2 or more).
• Undergraduates with Minimum of 1year into International Chat Experience Must + 1year mandate any BPO experience (Over all 2Years of experience Must).
• Graduates with Minimum of 1Year in International Chat Experience.
