Job Summary: Sambodhi offers an exciting opportunity to facilitate HR processes, systems, and policies in alignment with the business objectives of the verticals for enhancing organizational effectiveness and human capital utilization; responsible for Talent Acquisition; provide interpretive advice to business leaders; ensure internal customer delight with effective delivery of people practices across levels of organization
Essential Functions:
The Deputy Manager / Manager Human Resource will perform the following key functions Recruitment Cycle & Metrics :
- Manage the Talent Acquisition function for the organization, work closely with business heads on the recruitment plan and hiring strategies
- Plan & strategically implement the recruitment process to meet the organizational needs while understanding the time commitments and deadlines
- Constant review and improvisation of the recruitment process and take measures to close gaps
- Promote and utilize different talent acquisition channels such as recruitment portals, internal referrals, social media, etc.
- Handling the sourcing, selection, offer-rollouts, negotiation & post-acceptance follow-ups for all the selected candidates.
- Maintain vendor relations, resolve billing or service related issue
- On-boarding & Induction of new employees, completing joining formalities
Employee life Cycle :
- Employee counseling, grievance handling, and conflict resolution.
- Ensure delivery of the Performance Management System across the employee life cycle.
- Ensuring completion of Exit formalities
HR policies and processes :
- As custodian of policies and processes, ensure compliance / appropriate levels of approval for deviance
- Analyze and introduce industry best practices and policies to create a better work environment.
- Devise systems and processes and keep them updated for maximizing business effectiveness
- Institutionalizing and conducting project internal inception meeting to enable measurement of project efficiency & Input for PMS
- Project resource planning and deployment for maximizing business effectiveness

Essential Qualifications :
- Masters in Human Resource from Premium University.
- 1-3 years of work experience in Human Resource.
- Experience in handling talent acquisition and recruitment cycle.
- Experience of working as an HR Generalist preferably in the Social Sector or Consulting Organizations.
